"ATTENDING A REVOLUTION: THE FALL OF THE WALL!"

Florida State College at Jacksonville is commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall. Residents of the First Coast are invited to celebrate the revolution. A welcome and introduction by Dr. Charles Closmann, Assistant Professor of History at the University of North Florida and Dr. Dirk Wendtorf, Professor of Humanities and German at Florida State College will be followed by a screening of the film Das Leben der Anderen (The Lives of Others), an Oscar-winning political and social drama set in Eastern Germany in 1984.
